The Poets Banquet will be served to each individual, so please make your selections and note any dietary restrictions or special requests you may have.

Smoked Turkey Waldorf with Croissant
Fresh lettuce, crisp apples, juicy grapes, crunchy walnuts, and celery blended with smoked turkey, & lemon nutmeg aoli. Served with sliced havarti on a flaky croissant.
